Can't wait for you guys to go from Bortles to Flacco this off season LOL

Didn't the Ravens say they want to do right by Flacco and trade him to wherever he wants to go?

If that's the case, you really think we're going to trade for him and pay him $26.5m he's set to make next season? We're already -$ going into next season and still have to eat Bortles' contract, which will be around $16m.

It's not going to happen lol.

Official: #Jaguars sign FB Dimitri Flowers and WR Jordan Veasy to practice squad.

WR Allen Lazard was signed to #Packers 53 man roster, and RB Bo Scarborough was signed to the #Seahawks 53 man roster.

#Jaguars have had a total of 20 players on I.R. this year (3rd most in NFL), with an I.R. cap hit of $24.2 million.

Only #49ers have a higher I.R. cap hit ($50.7m), due to Jimmy Garoppolo’s contract.

Should have brought Lazard up from the PS and put him on the active roster weeks ago. He's the big body WR we lack and has some really good potential. He's just a little raw and needs some time. Now GB snagged him from us. Will be interesting to see how he does there.

I'm assuming this is in anticipation of a long series of releases including Cobb. Drafted 3 WRs and have been rotating more in as the season progresses.

Hasn't Cobb been injured for a good chunk of the season as well?

Lazard is big. 6'5 230 with 4.55 speed. Definitely has some upside.

Yeah. It's been a treat to watch him over the years, but this is Tae's team and the youth movement is very real. I saw a few people commenting on how he can actually fill the role that Jimmy Graham was brought in to fill. He'll get a shot to take a few snaps these last 2 weeks. I'll be keeping an eye out.

He's definitely got the hybrid WR/TE size. There was talk about him adding some weight and converting to TE, but it never happened. They decided the keep him at WR instead.

There was a lot of worry among fans that Lazard might not make it on the PS all season long, that somebody would snatch him up. Took 15 weeks, but the worry was right lol

Surprised it took that long with all the positive feedback I'm reading. I have no expectations on moving forward until a new coach is selected, but we historically haven't used TEs properly for nearly a decade it seems. Even your boy Marcedes wasn't used as a primary blocker more than a dozen times all season. Even Kendricks seemed to have more or an overall impact than the Lewis/Graham certain games.

It's odd that you guys didn't use Lewis as a blocker, when that's his main game lol. I know he's getting up there in age, but I wouldn't think his blocking ability would have just completely fallen off of a cliff that fast.

I was honestly happier about Lewis coming to GB over Graham, but it became such a rare thing for him to enter the game that even the fans noticed it.

Imagine Aaron Jones with a lead blocker like that for most of the season?
