Adams/Lazard/Jones is a pretty amazing combination for any offense. It’s the run defense that takes precedence to me

Look how many game these guys have spent on the sideline already this year. Adams 2 game plus part of another. Jones has missed 2-3 games. Lazard missed 3 games.

Are you really counting Lazard as part of a trio? He's had 1 good game so far in his career (when Adams didn't play and half those yards were from 1 catch.) He doesn't even have 800 yards to his name in the NFL yet.

I do believe Lazard is legit

I get the frustration, but we also have a much more balanced attack and don't need 3 strong WRs to put points on the board. Much better to find a proven talent on defense because our D can't play without a lead. It's just not possible to stop decent attacks fr converting on 3rd down. It's not even a bend-don't-break mentality anymore; it's more hoping we get a few early scores in so they abandon the run middle 3rd quarter and we can put it away with good coverage in the secondary and our pass rush.

Have you looked at the injuries other teams are dealing with and still doing okay? Look at the 49ers in the toughest division in the NFL and they are still keeping their heads above water. It's always more than 1 or 2 or 3 guys. #perspective

10 points against Tampa. They still need help on offense. Their offense isn't as great as it appears. Look how bad some of the defenses were that they played earlier on and if they lose Adams or Jones to injury or covid list for an important game they are in hot water. The run defense is poor and they need help but Kirksey coming back and being healthy would help.

My point is that using injuries as an excuse is pointless because there are teams much worse off than GB. Most of the big ones are on offense right now, but we're still in a good spot with the Bears dropping the last 2 games.

Sure they need help on offense, but how long have you been watching GB? Honestly. We've had some historically amazing offenses in the past but without having a supporting cast on D it literally doesn't matter. In the 7 playoff losses, the D gave up like 33 ppg with that only being brought down by the Seattle NFCCG and it's typically over 40. It doesn't matter who is catching or running the ball when we can't get good field position or get the D off the field.

Complaining about weapons in the Tampa game makes me think you didn't watch it because the O line got absolutely bodied and that was after Aaron forced it to Tae which was essentially 2 pick 6's against us.
