It will be an absolute crime if he isn't a HOF'er, but I would be ok with him not being first ballot. He had consistency and longevity, and a very unique career (which should be celebrated by the hall), but at no point in his career was he the best running back in the league. So my vote is no, but he absolutely needs to be in the hall.
That's the main issue for me. He was a good player for a long time, but he wasn't particularly elite like A. Peterson
