"Mitchell, I'm not sure you still get it," he said in the courtroom. "I don't think you like being where you are. But I still don't think you've put yourself in the shoes of not just the one victim but numerous victims. No one should come to school and feel humiliated or intimidated.
"If this is what you do in school, I wonder what you do outside of school. You're supposed to be on your best behavior in school. So if this is an example of your best behavior, I wonder what your worst behavior is. I don't have a sense of real remorse. But I do feel that you feel sorry for yourself."
Which scouts in that org recommended to draft that asshole? Skilled or not, I wouldn't have even mentioned his name if I were the scout for the Yotes. I believe in second chances, and mistakes made when you're young to become a better person growing up. However showing no remorse at all, not even a half assed apology just tells me he ain't worth it. Kane, reaves or Simmonds would destroy him if he was on the ice anyway.

You know what's hilarious? Yotes lost so many picks this year, and with their first pick they draft this bum, when I'm sure he coulda been drafted with a 7th even lmao
The fact that he sent apologies to all 31 nhl teams about this incident but still haven't apologized to his victim says it all.
