also felix sandstrom was assigned to the phantoms after his shl team was eliminated and is expected to play friday
hes 22 was in SHL for 5 season fairly promising goalie prospect

i think fletcher said he wanted to bring kirill ustimenko over to the ahl from russia too so we might have 2 new prospects in the ahl joining lyon
could be a pretty good trio leaving us lyon as an emergency call up

40 saves and he looked pretty good
or as the announcer guy said " a fantasic pro debut for felix sandstrom with 40 saves on 43 shots!"
e: although idk if thats a pro debut shl is a pro league maybe NA pro debut

He's from my hometown and a credible source told me he signed the contract yesterday. Dunno when it will be announced.

well if thats true i dont think the flyers fanbase will take to kindly to that specially after seeing the social media response in that tweet of him being interviewed
although after missing out on Q i dont think any coach would make flyers fanbase too happy but almost any coach should be an upgrade over hakstol

atleast if we got us a coach fletcher can focus on all our RFA and free agency he has a lot on his plate this offseason hes expected to make the flyers a playoff team
hes stated he wants to target a 2c and top 2-4 D all while having a short time to value players and find a coach
