maybe your team should learn to not "defend" their goalie from a clean play with high hits and what not getting penalties making it a 5 on 3 with like 1:30 left in the game
but if you always get coincidental minors i can see why the pens might do such a thing and not see the problem with it but most teams generally try to avoid the penalty from what ive seen
