Win now mode. Battle of Alberta should be fun with Kadri and Kane

Kane knocked kadri out in the playoffs and injured him.
Also got himself suspended.

But I agree. Happy that it won't be a shit show one sided beating. Flames still have fight in them. Interesting to see what Huberdeau can do in the west. And frankly i think kadri not going to be a factor but should be interesting.

seems like an improvement for the flames last couple seasons monohans been struggle bussing by the looks of it even if kadri falls off a bit still should be better then mono

anybody know what the return for monohan is? did they pay or get assets back to move him


also this is way different then the "kadri is an islander" rumor thats been floating around forever
was that just a cap space thing or what there seemed to be a lot of people set that he was an islander and just hasnt signed yet but it was coming

Haven't seen official terms on mony move. Hearing its a first and monahan for probably nothing. But a 1st + Monahan for Kadri? Done. Plus we have Florida's first from Tkachuk deal.



Yep and that bad blood between them is gonna spill over. Lindholm/Kadri as 1/2C is a fantastic top two. I'm happy with it.

yeah but floridas first is in 2025 thats like 3 seasons away unless thats the pick that was traded
habs got panthers 2023 1st flyers got the 2024 and flames got the 2025 lol

panthers got no 1st rounders for the next 3 seasons
i didnt realize the panthers were that all in jeez we even got their 3rd this year
in the next 3 drafts panthers have 2 2nds and 2 3rds as their top picks that prospect pool is going to be like kiddy pool deep specially since they traded tippet to flyers too
they are going to have like zero prospects lol

yeah but considering how hard zito went in on them to be a 1st round exit this season they NEED to go deep or thats going to be really bad
winning the division doesnt mean shit its regular season they gotta do something in the playoffs

plus one of those trades was for giroux and he walked so they basically paid tippet 1st 3rd for 1 round of giroux
