every time i read an article about giroux being traded there like "good middlle 6 guy" " top 9"
do people think giroux is a 3rd liner or something like wtf lol if somebody trades for giroux i expect him in the top 6 you would have to be super fuckin stacked to put him on the 3rd and even then hes probably still a top 6 guy on the team

and hes got an 8. something million cap hit you cant pay 3rd liners 8m even 4m is quite a bit if the flyers retain half lol

but is that what giroux is seen as to the people outside of philly is a 3rd liner? cause if so yall smokin crack

I read Rumours the Avs we’re gonna try for him but why? He’d be on the 3rd line to be honest cause he’s not bumping Mackinnon or Kadri down

he should borrow money from both of them too

[Kingerski] Canucks J.T. Miller is available, but sources say the price is equal to the Coyotes asking price for Jakob Chychrun. A team will have to part with a No. 1, a blue-chipper/former No. 1, and a player.

Giroux mostly plays wing now but even then he might be pushed down to the 3rd line given how well Colorado's 2nd line has played.

But yeah, I woulda thought a 2nd pair D that can push EJ down would be the Avs' first priority (especially with Byram's uncertainty).

hes only paying C right now cause flyers have like 5 C hurt hes better at wing and would probably play a top 6 wing role knocking out burakovsky or nichuskin?but he can play center if needed too

and yeah ive seen flames avs and and some other teams as potentially targets and tbh none really have cap space so idk how thats going to work
the one i COULD see happening is the rangers trade for him and flyers retain salary they have like 5-6m cap space and are apparently interested in miller so they are looking

i mean they might be good but they would probably be even better with giroux on the line
