I have yeah. Having never played a Total War game before I'm a bit lost right now, but I've read some guides and watched some youtube videos and it looks fun once you understand all the subtilities.

I like that the exploring, building, etc. is turn based but the combat is in real time.

It's sad really. They believe they are awake and the 'sheep' are clueless morons.

Yet when they are asked to prove their controversial (at best) stances all they can do is cite studies that have little or no validity or post youtube links of some blowhard spouting off a bunch of nonsense.

These times have really put a strain of people's mental health.

The real conspiracy is how conservative governments keep destroying the quality of education, creating more and more clueless fools without a shred of critical thought, who then devour these YouTube conspiracy theories over reality, so they can blame some shadowy backroom cabal for their lot in life instead of pointing their attention and anger at the ones who actually deserve it.

Really I don't think that what you are saying is a conspiracy at all. It is true.

The quality of post-secondary education has been increasing in cost and losing value for decades now. Neither Democrat or Conservative policy has been able to reverse that.

When you have had Republicans and Democrats oversee this problem for decades it is not fair to just blame one or the other. This is a collective problem both parties contributed to.

There's a high-production low-information "movie" released on social media this month calling the pandemic a setup by the evil-people-of-the-month, my mom fell for it. Recognized the name of the "doctor" from being a common anti-vaxxer figure in garbage spammed across the internet back in the day. Turns out her claim to "fame" is that she got caught faking data in her scientific work, then charged with stealing her employer's property after being fired. So once laughed out of her profession she became a non-expert-on-everything quack, and most of the "movie" is just her alleging a nefarious conspiracy against her where she was kept from finding out the "truth" about viruses. Because ya know, "Big Pharma" and "Deep State" - even though the reality is that if her work was any good both alleged entities would've shoved cash down her throat. But con artists gonna con.

I remember when the Zeitgeist and InfoWars retards would spam stupid shit like that on forums and get promptly destroyed by anyone with enough time in their hands. Now they get their content straight to homeopathy moms and MAGA nation who then share within their networks with minimal intellectual resistance, and any effort to point out the low-IQ con job is far too little and too late. This sort of phenomenon is why you have people around the world fucking attacking telecom workers and burning 5G towers.
