I havent heard anything from the wings, which is surprising with some of our vets probably moving on to contenders for depth such as daley, green, maybe helm.
They wont bring much, but i could see any or possibly all 3 being shipped out at or before the deadline, or maybe none who knows... lol
I do have this overwhelming feeling that AA might be traded, maybe not at the deadline since hes been hurt and still is, but i dont think he'll be on this team next year.

He still has some game left, he was just an idiot for choosing to sign in LA for some reason, I guess the money was too good to pass on

Same thing here but if he continues to perform like he does atm, always playing hard each shift and hitting hard the other team..they will fetch a 2nd round pick especially that the guy cost peanuts and he can play on the 2nd line/2nd wave of the powerplay

Apparently it's supposed to be like the worst deadline.

Every year they try to pump it up like it's going to be great then nothing much happens, so it's going to go one of two ways.

1) It's going to be even worse than expected, as always
2) The media will be wrong again and it'll actually surprise and be a good deadline

I'm going with #1 though.

I think LA was such a shitshow there was no sense for him, or a lot of the guys on the team to even put in an honest effort.

My guess is the old vets are bitter because their time has passed and it was a terrible environment to begin with. Then you have the negatives hanging above you because of your contract.


He goes to Montreal, who showed they wanted him and is surrounded by some younger guys who want to win.

It is far easier to be a motivated vet playing for that team vs a stale Kings group with that contract imo.


The effort level he is bringing to Montreal is great to see.
