hes purely a rental player at this point and devils wont get much.

Should get a similar return to what Stone got last year.. If he's willing to sign an extension with his new team like Stone did.

Rumours that Hall let it known he would extend with Flames if traded, but NJ didn't want anyone to talk to him. Flames apparently put in a package as good as the Yotes did, but didn't want to add more because they think there's a good chance they could get him for free this summer apparently. Hall from Calgary, etc.

I read somewhere it was hamonic , Bennett + a conditional 1rp ( second until he resigned) . If so that seems like Phoenix offer was better for NJ.

I wouldn't have minded that. I heard it was 1st, Kylington, Phillips etc. Our prospect pool is pretty shallow these days because a lot of guys have graduated (Dube, Valimaki, Andersson, Kylington, etc.), so shipping out picks and prospects would have sucked big time.

I personally think Hall is going to go wherever the money is. He was on record last year talking about how he admires Tavares because he only thought about himself, and that more players should do that. I think he goes with whoever pays him 10-11m+.

Yea for a rebuilding team the offer I heard wasn’t very attractive, yours is more suited to NJ.

I just hope the talk from idiotic Oiler fans slows down a bit. Paying Hall 10+ is literally the last thing we need.
