Dude killed him he may of intended to hurt him in some way and fucked up I've seen enough hockey to where that kind of hit doesn't result in your leg swinging up at someone's neck and then kick off of his neck in the same motion like he's in a wrestling match

Repeating what you’ve heard about him on Tv, being a dirty player despite the fact you’ve never seen him play, then allow that information to bias you’re view to the point where you think he deserves jail

His raising of his leg is clearly intentional. Doesn't change the fact its still an accident. Surely he didn't intend to cut his throat but his actions nonetheless resulted in that happening. I believe that's manslaughter?

brb reporting every other physical defenseman for attempted manslaughter because sometimes their feet come up when following through a hard hit

played hockey for 30 years now and I truly don't think the skate to the other player was intentional.

I think he MAY have lifted his leg intentionally to save his balance and not fall, but intentionally to injure no I don't see that at all.
