Crazy how we lost Gallinari, but it turns out we had another Gallinari right there the whole time.

Obviously not nearly as good as a player but it looks like he is a better sniper. I think that's better for the team tbh.

Brogdon out tonight. He hasn't been able to stay healthy for 3 years now so now I kind of understand why the team is keeping PP instead of shipping him+ for a draft pick/random big or something for the future. Pretty good insurance.

He does it 2 sides of the ball (unlike Luka) and he shoots elite from 3 and the FT line (unlike Giannis)… and he gets his team wins

I'm def taking him over Luka but Giannis still > for now imo.
Tatum getting there though. Might be the most complete player in the league.

Maybe I’m bias, but I’d rather JT over Giannis simply for his ability at the FT line and shooting 3s. They are crucial assets to late game situations. Giannis is a better defender due to his length, and gets better ref treatment, but Tatum right now is the best player in the league. Even Tatums playmaking / passing game is insanely good. He’s just on another level. Crazy to think usually the back end of a season is when he comes online

Just love that he is taking his game to the next level after an epic choke in the finals. All good though. Players hardly ever win that at that age as "the guy" and it was even harder considering the giant he faced. Still a choke.

Idk if it’s a choke. 1 of the best defensive teams of all time, zoned in on Tatum. He shot poorly and turned it over too much, but he didn’t get a lot of whistles and had a huuuuge work load entering that series. Barely any rest, with gigantic minutes and a lot of games throughout the season AND playoffs. He wasn’t at his best, nowhere near it, but he still had a great all round game and was easily still the 3rd best player overall in that series imo.
