It's probably pretty legit but any garbage team(2-3 years away) needing publicity has nothing to lose by bringing in James.
Hornets, Pistons, Pacers, Rockets and maybe 1-2 more teams could bring him in. He might hurt growth a little, but those teams aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
Obv that would mean Harden doesn't care about winning a ring, so I don't see that happening. I think it makes sense for him to stay with Embiid. Not sure where he can go and have a better teammate.
But the man is pretty cooked...Sixers said Tatum had a "Simmons moment" when he passed up a floater with Embiid sitting in the paint
James Harden 4th quarter games 6-7
19 MIN
0-6 FG
2 AST
Last year vs. Heat game 6
0-1 FG
3 AST
He might be worse than Ben Simmons
That's going too far.
Simmons flat out quit on the court. Like, legit stopped even looking to score and was just out there. I've never seen someone check out the way he did in game 7 vs Atlanta. That was insane, he just didn't want to be playing and it was obvious.
Harden was bad, but he still put shots up at least. The effort didn't look like it was there, but he still wasn't what Ben Simmons was. Harden at least went through the motions.
