Bro I like how your trying to make living in Delaware Airport Storage Room sound nice because the rent is low. LOL earthquakes are non existent in their effect on day to day life and when they happen usually just results in a broken Vase, fires are usually in the hills or far north, places not many people live, & we don’t have to deal with severe heat like the AZ & Texas etc or your shit snow plowing & ice roads of the East.

I’m not gonna repeat myself in regards to what our influence is with respects to culture, LA, technology, & agriculture, but just know, we are also the best there too.

Low cost doesn’t mean better, prices are set by supply & demand. The demand to be the next tech giant of the Sillicon Valley, to be the next entertainment icon in LA , the next Movie Star, to live in the sunniest chillest waviest place is there baby. But your right, People are having trouble affording Cali so they are moving out. That’ll definitely help our affordability problem, but like any real estate agent will tell ya, location location location 😉 you can remodel that house but you can’t change the neighborhood baby.

& yes nigga I have a buncha fams in Jersey & New York.

Well that's because California is massive, it's literally 80x larger than Delaware. California has over 39 MILLION people living in the state, while Delaware has 945k (but is the 6th most densly populated state).

So yeah, naturally being that big you're going to have an affect on a lot of things. California still has shit polluted air, high taxes, garbage transportation, high cost of living and the average salary isn't that great. You overpay for small houses in CA, so really only the rich can take advantage of what the state has to offer lol.

I still like visiting CA though, and if you have a good job making $200k+ (which is essentially like making less than $100k here rofl) it would be cool to live there in the popular areas but then again it varies by state because CA is like its own Country.

It's decriminalized, and it's about to be legalized very soon (bill passed but postponed due to coronavirus). Currently "pending in the House Appropriations Committee."

Almost there.

Man. Some of y’all states really lagging behind. An entire industry being held back for nothing. No wonder y’all all so uptight, gotta shovel snow all day, see grey beaches, no Latinas mamasitas (as that one jsp dude Papi Chulo or whatever would say) & no weed to remove the edge & enjoy life. Lol! But y’all wanna talk about Cali.!

Bruh we literally didn't have to shovel snow one time last winter lol, we got no snow the entire season.

But at least we can use our beaches and the water isn't cold as fuck ;)

Starting August 1 my local Walmart is going to offer drive-in movies! We can experience what it felt like in the '50s, '60s and '70s.

Associated Press: Walmart is transforming 160 of its store parking lots into contact-free drive-in movie theaters where customers can safely gather to watch movies programmed by the Tribeca Drive-in team. Beginning in August, Walmart will roll out this red carpet experience in towns across the country for a combined 320 showings.

I don't know what they're going to show but just to see a new movie on the big screen would be fun.
You can bring your own snacks and just relax in your vehicle. Just avoid having to go to the restroom.

Lol I love you dude.

I went to the drive-in in Sacramento the other weekend. It was koo. Great place to get head but dark movies don’t really get that crisp quality. More there for the vibe.
