Also you're not taking into account the pace of the game and # of possession increases.

Wrong again, that won't help your argument either. The pace in Jordan's first 6 seasons (1984 - 1990) was higher than the current pace of the NBA over the past 6 seasons (2016 - 2022).

League pace in Jordan's first 6 seasons (1984-90): 102.1, 102.1, 100.8, 99.6, 100.6, and 98.3

League pace over the past 6 seasons (2016-22): 96.4, 97.3, 100.0, 100.3, 99.2, 98.2

Yet I'm talking about how embiid wont be there at the end of his career like Jordan is, because Jordan's career is finished.

Embiid won't keep that up if he plays as many seasons as jordan.

Edit: Also reported for double posting.

Still negates your pace/possession increase argument, which is actually the opposite. The pace is slower now than it was during Jordan's first 6 seasons.

Also, i compared Jordan's first 6 seasons vs Embiid's to make it fair. I also compared Jordan's two best seasons to Embiid's two best, and still right there. End of Jordan's career can be cut out and Embiid is still right there...

Maybe, depends on how long he hangs around. He's getting better and better every season so far.

First 6 seasons:

Jordan:
28.2 - .515
22.7 - .457
37.1 - .482
35.0 - .535
32.5 - .538
33.6 - .526

Embiid:
20.2 - .466
22.9 - .483
27.5 - .484
23.0 - .477
28.5 - .513
30.6 - .499

Jordan scored a ton more, on higher efficiency, without 3 pointers. Lol at 'per minute' because he gets gassed and his body breaks down after serious accumulated minutes. Grasping at straws.

Cool, do you see anyone talking about raw PPG or FG% in here? No? Didn't think so.

Way to shift the goal posts though.

In today's league, obviously.

Way more fit for the modern game on offense, and a MUCH better defender.
