Simmons sucks, all nba defender, but worse than draymond on offence. Hes a glorified Rondo lelll. Even rondo learned how to shoot a 3/fast.

lmao..

Draymond averaged 7.0 PPG on 44.7% FG last season. 53% True Shooting percentage.

Simmons averaged 14.3 PPG on 55.7% FG last season. 58.4% True shooting percentage.

The fuck are you talking about?

edit: Draymond had a -1.7 Offensive Box +/- bro....knock it off.

I hope Morey stubbornly keeps Simmons but I don't think he is stupid enough to let that situation escalate

Sixers fans will hate him no matter what he does

Simmons isn't a superstar nor is he worth any return a superstar would get. Extremely limited in what he can do. Dude needs to be 5th scoring option on the floor.

Nobody said he's a superstar? That term is limited to only a few players in the NBA, or at least should be.

Simmons is a star, a 3x All-Star at that. In fact he was an All-NBA selection already once as well, and has 2x All-Defense 1st team selections under his belt. To have all that in his first 4 seasons is more than the vast majority of NBA players have in their first 4 years that is for certain. He's incredibly accomplished and hasn't even reached his 25th birthday yet, hence why he's still got plenty of value.

Is he flawed? Absolutely. But what players in their first 4 years don't have flaws? lol. Get him in the right situation and put the right players around him with good coaching and he'll be a monster in a few years. Unfortunately the Sixers aren't situated to give him that time, nor do they believe pairing him next to Embiid is worth it anymore. They aren't looking to waste Embiid's prime years anymore waiting on Simmons to take that next step.

Funny enough, Ben Simmons has made a living putting the clamps on Luka rofl.

Lmao bruh he ain't a star, which is what I said, superstar/star whatever. Kid does one thing well, play good def. You've been making excuses, he's young this that, he has time to develope a shot. You've said this many times before. But there is no improvement, he's so bad at shooting that teams give the dude ridic amount of space and just clog up lanes vs him. He's a solid passer too I guess, and can grab somr boards. He ain't no star/superstar, barely an Allstar.
