We should delay the election for a year then.

There's still the silent elephant (pandemic) in the room that people keep overlooking...

I was all for pro sports coming back especially the NBA in late July.

But given the recent COVID-19 surge in Texas and a lot of other states...
Several Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys players have tested positive.

No word on which local NBA and MLB players have also tested positive.
It also hit college sports; Houston and Rice student athletes tested positive.

Now I'm worried about other things myself. Sports would be a welcomed distraction for a lot of people though.

It's a shame that some places won't allow people to vote by mail. That should be available everywhere!
Is Donald Trump that worried about losing to Joe Biden? Voting by mail makes it more accessible to all.

If you can't vote by mail, then you should definitely be proactive in looking into early voting. It's a much safer and faster way of voting. Shame more people don't do it; it'd make the wait on election day much shorter.

You equating non-consensual sex to consensual sex is laughable.
Your denial of the facts is laughable.
Maybe you need that head doctor more than me.

Live with it, dread it, those facts still remain.

Where is the fact? Please show it.
Were you there to film the whole thing?
You’re literally stupid because you don’t even understand innocent till proven guilty.
Get lost peon before I go rape your mom and show you what rape is.

Honestly, I respect that decision and understand the line of thinking behind it. Personally I hope he does play when and if the season resumes and believe it is clear that whether or not he plays the BLM movement and associated issues will be addressed within the NBA's performances and outside of them.

Siding with Kyrie instead of his teammate LeFraud James

"Basketball, or entertainment period, isn't needed at this moment, and will only be a distraction...

"...I would love nothing more than to win my very first NBA Championship. But the unity of My People would be an even bigger Championship, that's just to (sic) beautiful to pass up. What better time than now for us to be focusing on our families...No Basketball till we get things resolved."

So ur line of thinking is that u are a selfish fucktard. BLM has nothing to do with NBA. People care about the world, and they tweet about it. No one fucking qq's when Kyrie tweets his bullshit. Shut the fuck up no one cares. Play Basketball. Seriously. No. One. Cares.

Idk how trying to help his people is selfish but ok...
Seems like rushing back to NBA is all about that $$$$

If anything that’s selfish. Putting money over peoples rights.

No, the argument is the corporate and establishment's interests will use the NBA to deflect from this thing that you are trying to accomplish. If you consider it as an adversarial thing, i.e. authority versus non-authority, then you realize the leverage you give up by giving them the platform to use as a distraction from the cause. If it were something I truly cared about and believed in it would be worth it to me, personally, to sacrifice the opportunity at personal accomplishment in the name of this bigger thing and its goals.

People obviously do care, there are protests all over the world.
