Most of the rotation are new pieces. These guys are literally just learning to play together and Maxey has yet to even play with Embiid and PG lol. They look like shit so far (except McCain who's playing at an All-star level since Maxey has been out). Embiid looks like he did at the beginning of last season...rusty and slow.

And Orlando was still favored lol

You're freaking out like there aren't teams that are playing at an unsustainable pace. This happens every season. Teams winning a ton early on, then fall off a cliff. Also teams that struggle early on and end up turning it on late.

Did we expect them to be THIS bad? No. But it's not like we've seen them in full form. It's going to take a while to gel. Again, much of the rotation is new.

I can't write off a team that hasn't played their best three players in the same game this season. I still think they will fizzle out in the second round as per usual, but I think they will get there.

Yeah pretty wild that we’re 2-10 and I’m also feeling very positive about the team lol. Should be really interesting when they’re all are healthy. Have to keep playing together and gel, learn each others tendencies. It’ll come with time
