When will you admit that you underrated the shit out of Jimmy Buckets? Especially playoff Jimmy.

He has been probably the best player in the postseason this year. Averaging 30/8/5 on 54% from the field and has been incredibly clutch and carried the Heat many times in games when they need that go-to star closer. He has looked downright unstoppable in many situations, and already has three games of 40+ points in the postseason (one in each round so far).

You suggested that it's laughable to have him anywhere near the top 10 players list, that he's not a #1 guy, etc. I think you're getting a dose of reality this series, and while we can't expect him to be THAT good every game i think you'll feel differently of him by the end of the series (even if you don't admit it).

I think it’s been very well documented for years that Butler steps it up in the playoffs always.


He isn’t the most athletic guy or best shooter, but he has the heart of a champion and he gets the most out of his teammates that actually put in the effort. He’s a great leader in the sense that he expects the most out of his teammates.

If you actually care about winning Butler is definetely a dude you want on your team.
