I mean your graph says it all. White people make up almost 75% of the us population but only account for less than 50% of these deaths by police.

Ten minutes later he was spike stripped, got out and ran, they relased a k9 unit, he turned and shot it in the eye. Cops opened fire and shot him in the head.

I am unfamiliar with the case you mention but if what you say is true, then yes the killing was justified
