Strider has wayyy better stuff though, and he's 15 years younger and still getting better. His career is just getting started. Morton is a capable vet who can have big games, but he's old as dirt now and doesn't have anywhere near the stuff that Strider has.
Wheeler vs Fried should be a good one for game 2. Phillies sending out their two best games 2 and 3 so it doesn't get any easier for Atlanta.
Also interesting thing to note was the Phillies game plan all along to pull Suarez early and throw heat with the pen. They didn't tell Suarez ahead of time though (which is why he was upset at first).

The whole rationale for this plan was that for as good as the Braves lineup is, and statistically it has been historically good, they do struggle with high velocity. They set a record as a team with a slugging percentage of .501 for the entire season. That’s pretty remarkable. But, diving deeper into that number you’ll find they are even better against pitches 96MPH or slower (.512) but are less effective (.396) against pitches 97MPH or faster.
So, the Phillies’ plan was to get 16 outs throwing a lot of that upper echelon heat at the Braves. And they did.
