In 2016 the Phillies were coming off a 63-win season and their best pitching prospect was Jake Thompson.

Now they’re coming off a world series appearance and Andrew Painter is the top pitching prospect in all of baseball. Painter is going to be a monster, and a future ace, can't wait to see him in the bigs this season.

Not surprising from you. :rolleyes:

Harper already proven himself in the regular season, multiple MVP's, etc.

There isn't a better postseason hitter than Harper. Absolutely dominant and clutch as hell. As if his historic playoff run last season wasn't enough to prove his worth in big moments. He's built for that.

Judge on the other hand in the postseason....LOL. Disappears completely. Regular season warrior. Let me know when that guy can come up big just once.

Not overhyping them, they're just very talented. The improvements they've made this offseason have been pretty big to improve too. They play in the best division though, so it'll be a tough season with the Mets and Braves.

Not to mention the Phillies have best pitching prospect in baseball in Painter, who will likely be on the opening day roster. He's going to be a stud, and is projected with the type of potential to be one of the games best.
