I think the Angles should just trade him. They are a longshot to even make the playoffs let alone be a contender. Would be interesting what he'd bring back in return. Never before seen value in a player that can pitch game 1 for your team and be their best hitter.

Yea I dunno. Solid trade for both sides. At least arte is showing some want to keep ohtani after this season. But still have quite an uphill battle. I swear tho just having rendon out of the lineup makes me feel like they have a shot.

They definitely are more likely to miss the playoffs than make at this point. This trade would really backfire if they can't resign Ohtani.
