Ya'll still hating on Gabe? He's out here managing this team to 51 wins already, far exceeding anything they remotely sniffed at this time last season.

The original post of the thread was about my opinion on the most poorly managed baseball game I’ve ever seeen. That is still true...but overall he has made some changes and the team has played better than expected.

How hasnt altherr been dfa at this point?

Dude has a negative war, 2x more k’s then hits and hasnt done shit in quite sometime. I forgot he hit 19 hrs last year but its clear he is lost up there just end the misery

Kingrey on the defensive side has been a STUD, offensively, lord help us. Cant believe id actually miss Freddy galvis lmao

His bullpen management is still questionable at best, but I’ll give him a pass for that since everybody outside of Ramos and Dominguez are trash

Our starting pitching has been carrying the team and I don’t know how much credit he gets for that. I think they’re winning in spite of him but whatever, teams overperforming for sure.

Kingery and RF has been a disaster

The #Nationals have a better run differential the the #Phillies this season, yet Washington trails Philadelphia by 7.0 games for the division lead. Philly is manufacturing wins and that speaks to Gabe Kapler's impact on this team.
