Yikes... reading comprehension not your strong suite I see.

The last time I called people idiots in here was because of people saying the dragons death served no purpose and it would have been better had he died in the BoW. The next time I called anyone an idiot, was over this Bran thing. Not because I know for sure he won't be right, but because of how the idiot has gone about arguing his point.

Your claims are false and the only times I've insulted people here are because theyve said something moronic, not because they predicted something I personally disagreed with. I've never claimed that I know what's going to happen or that I have some insight others don't.

E: Because he's not... He would be third in line, but the rightful heir would be who's first in line. It's not my fault you can't follow simple shit. Again, if we have concrete proof of something and people still refuse to change their minds to align with fact, I'll call them an idiot.

There's nothing wrong with theorizing or discussing all sorts of random/unlikely shit, but once something is set in stone and people are still talking out of their ass, I'm going to call them out on that stupidity.

plz im dumb and dont understand shit. Why would he be the 3rd in line?

I'm eager to know your explanation on this (this is serious for once)

its all jons fault, should have given dany some attention and this wouldnt have happened

jokes aside, this episode was a lot better than the others imo

yeah the golden company was as useful as the dothraki at winterfell, scorpions went from op to shit, the usual plotholes etc

but thats what a dragon was supposed to be, the ultimate weapon

dany going full apeshit was a bit rushed, but i would be mad as well after realising that i should have invaded the capital last season already if it werent for the worst advisors in the world, who cost me like at least 1 dragon, three fleets and thousands of men

arya turning around after having cersei on her kill list for so many years was a bit meh for me

so whats gonna happen now, it couldnt be more obvious that she is going for dany now after seeing these horrors
which is kind of a letdown since they should have used her abilities to assassinate cersei

the only real problem i have with the episode is the jaime part
he basically just rushed back to cersei to get buried by rocks, the whole redemption arc feels pointless this way

some predictions for next week

arya will kill dany and then sail into the sunset
jon is done with all this shit and goes north again
tyrion is about to get rekt, but somehow manages to escape

and my personal fan fiction
my boy sweetrobin will swoop in out of nowhere to take the throne and pod will be his hand

I pretty much agree. Over all, I wouldn't say it was a good episode, due to the rushed change in character and the plot holes and plot armor... but it's definitely the best episode of the season, and imo probably better than any of the episodes from the previous season too.

I was hoping for a Cersei-Sansa showdown at some point... I'm dissapointed with that. I don't mind Arya's change in mind... I think it was a nice way of closing her arch with The Hound.

Wouldn't say the character change has been that rushed. I find it a bit unrealistic from what we know about the character, that she'd take it as far as she did, but she always had a temper and she's always reacted poorly when she feels she's being defied. They could/should have gone with a half measure. Her murdering the enemies who had surrendered, catching some civilians in the crossfire and decimating the Red Keep would have made more sense than her killing probably at least a hundred thousand innocents to instill fear in the people she just conquered. I get why they went the way they did, they want Jon (or whoever) murdering her to be justified, but her murdering thousands of surrendered solders and burning a pregnant woman alive would have been enough to do that.

Cersei v Sansa is another one of those things I've never wanted and I never thought people would. Sansa's a boring and shitty character imo and I don't understand the love for her. I wanted Cersei to get strangled to death by Jamie, I thought she'd die being the cunt she always was, but her dying a coward in a basement was just perfect.

I agree with the first paragraph, it's pretty much how I feel, even if my wording might have led to a different interpretation.

About the whole Sansa versus Cersei thing... it's not that I wanted Sansa to kill Cersei or anything like that, as I know other people were hoping for. I was just hoping there would be at least some sort of conversation between them. A scene were Cersei could appreciate Sansa's development and how far she has come. We get the conversation about the little bird from The Hound, but it would have been more meaningful from Cersei... both Sansa and her are heavily linked characters, and having their relationship arch close with a scene between them would have been nice imo.

Why Gendry will be sitting on the throne.
Gendry is the son of Robert Baratheon, his mother is unknown but he recalls she had golden hair (cercei lannister?)
We dont know what happened to their son. He might just be the only child Robert and Cercei ever had which makes him the rightful heir. Considering Danny dies and Jon doesnt want the throne it would all make sense.

I just hate how Arya is so couragous and skilled and a scene later shes just back at being a little helpless girl
