You see right there in your own statement, that is your perception, not only how you see Daenerys, but also how I perceive the actions of both and identify with it.

In reality, if I was in Daenerys shoes, I would have just dove down from the sky and destroyed the tower that Cersei was in, all the scorpions were facing away, it had no protection what so ever, I wouldn't care about the innocent people in that building, or caught up in the decimation of the building, at least I would have gotten my revenge and killed Cersei... fuck the throne, I would be in rage mode. War over... I win and everyone parties on the smoldering corpse of Cersei and whomever.

Is that Evil? It can be perceived as being Evil, and yet in another way, no.

Because when they say the writing sucks what they actually mean it's "the terrible nonsensical fanfic we have been theorising for years isn't happening, I'm mad the show is ending how it's supposed to instead of doing so the bullshit we came up with". Like fucking honestly it just provides proof as to why none of you are successful writers or critics.

Like on Reddit people love echoing "everything is so rushed it is so bad" but if you ask any of them what that even fucking means no one can answer you. All just fucking sheep jumping on the bandwagon of hate cuz it's cool.

You keep saying 'perception' like its some profound comment. It aint. Nobody in the history of Westeros, with the possible exception of the burning of Harrehall, has ever done anything as fucked up as what Daenerys did in Kings Landing. Your 'perception' that she's justified is completely out of sync with the story.

Well she wanted revenge... and she lost her sanity because of that or she was controled by Bran xD
She lost almost everything because of the North war, 2 dragons, almost her entire army, close people and then people started to loose faith in her becuase she wanted something in return.
Unfortunatly nothing makes sense in this season, its hard to find out what exactly triggered her to burn everything.. i mean last Episode she lost to 10 ships, now she anihillated 100 ships, the entire kings landing, golden army, lannister army with no dmg taken.
I mean sorry..... but they announced like few years ago how long this show will last, instead of rushing everything in the last season, they could have made it earlier... but hey.. marketing its a powerfull thing xD

90% of the people hating on it made ridiculous predictions that would have been retarded as fuck if they actually happened. Yet the writing is bad because it wasn't predictable like they wanted....

This ep was definitely better than E4, and in some ways better than E3.

Still the pacing is so rough. 1.5 or 2 seasons would have given us the much needed character development to make everything make sense.

Things I'm pretty convinced of that will happen in the final (haven't read any leaks):

- Dany dies, likely at the hand of Jon though D&D have made Arya kill the NK because it's unexpected. Maybe she gets this one too.

- Dany tries to have Tyrion killed.

Things I have no clue on what they're going to do with:

- The Dothraki, Drogon and the Unsullied. Are they just going to go back to Essos when Dany dies? Do they revolt and try to kill everyone else? Idk.

- Jon's ending. He's the prime candidate to end on the throne but idk if there will even be someone to rule after the final.

And if I'm right? It's just comical how you're doing the exact same thing because of a leak, your gut has nothing to do with it. Logic dictates the way I think about things, not some random bullshit I read on the internet. I'll gladly eat crow if I'm wrong, but it would it be insanely asinine to put Bran up there, with how many viable candidates there are. He wants nothing to do with humanity or mundane affairs, he's said so loads of times.

So many 'fans' hating on a show they can't stop watching. Mental.

People seem mad that the story isn't unraveling the way they wanted. Must have read a cool fan theory a few seasons ago and had their hearts set on a certain outcome. Fan theories don't write shows.

Its like some of you are watching the episodes with a pen and pad in your hand jotting down shit you can try and cry about.

Remember it is after all, just a fucking tv show.

It's true that there are a lot of dumb fans out there and there is a lot of that going on. But there are also many fans who put effort into writing their reactions. I've linked 2 examples in this thread of fan-written versions of the show that were better than what the series actually did.

It doesn't make sense to quite watching a show with only 3 episodes left. Going into S8E3, the hype was as high as ever.

Am I crazy for wanting the WWs to have a connection to the main characters?

The buildup of the WW mystery was used to set ratings records in Ep3. Ep3 didn't provide a payoff. In retrospect, the final piece of info we learned about WWs was what Bran told us in Ep2 (that they wanted to kill Bran).
