Cersei still doesn't have "the upper hand". One dragon is all it will take for the mad queen to "burn them all" as the mad king said to do, and kill many innocents along the way.

Uhhh.... how? Drogon has very limited use now. King's Landing is armed to the teeth with scorpions. Ships are fucking deadly. Dany's army is exhausted. They lost a major part of their fleet. The wildlings went back North. She has a lot of tension with Jon Snow and no support from Sansa. How are they gonna overcome the scorpions?
Yerr

Just by Melisandre I believe. Yeah hardly any room to follow that now.
Also not sure Jaime vs Cersei will turn out that way, Jaime lived with seeing her and Robert well enough.
Think the most foreshadowed thing at this point is the "mad queen." So one way or another Jon probably ends up with the throne, but maybe not to stay. With how Cersei talked to Sansa about becoming the queen when she was (basically) a prisoner, it wouldn't surprise me if she ended up there.
Can't wait to see the remaining two episodes though. Season has been somewhat disappointing, but not entirely.
Now to add: at this point pretty certain Jon will kill Dany. The “prince that was promised” prophecy talked about killing the person they love. Jon told Dany he loved her in this previous episode
