Cercei did not kill Dany because the townsfolk of kingslanding would officially all turn against her, at least that's what I like to think
Did ya mean Tyrion, or are you just dense? If given the chance, she'd kill that bitch in a heartbeat. Wouldn't even matter if she had to murder half her citizens to do it lol, hence why she's using them as a human shield.

The only issue, albeit minor, that I had with this episode was them seemingly giving Cersei a legitimate opportunity to slaughter all her bitter & most powerful enemies, Dany & Tyrion, & her not taking advantage of it. The Cersei we know doesn’t play by the rules, & given the opportunity would have killed all the usurpers on the spot. I’ll chalk it up to bad execution in terms of setting up the scene. Dany & co should have probably been set way further back, with more troops, etc
Not exactly what I would call pivotal though.
I still don't understand this complaint... Danny never came into harms way and her dragon was on standby without a doubt. If anyone was in danger during this encounter, it was Cersei, not Danny. Tyrion should have died here and that was poor writing, but we don't know if next episode will start with him dying immediately. The second he walked up there it should have been game over for him.
