How to improve the last episode:
Have a scene with Sansa struggling with the truth of Jon's parentage. Not with Tyrion but with Arya or Bran. Give her some reasoning for breaking her oath to Jon.
Don't have Dany's army travel by ship. The entire army travels on land to KL, to bypass the entire power of the Greyjoy fleet. Give more breathing room for conflict to arise instead of a few looks and sudden talks of treason.
Jon has a proper goodbye with Ghost (this actually means something to him, the direwolves are such a huge part of the Stark identity). Having Ghost stay with Bran would make way more sense than him going with Tormund.
All in all, nearly 90% of all the incredibly bad writing would be solved with better pacing. A 10 episode season, or even better, 2 seasons (The Long Night & The Last War) to end the show would make everything far more watchable. A lot of these choices are simply made because there is either not time to flesh character interactions out or because certain things need to happen for the ending to be somewhat logical but there is no time for rational actions by characters.
i have to agree with a few of those but bran with ghost i dont think so. Bran dosent identify himself as bran anymore
but sansa breaking her oath was normal, she dont want to bow for dany and having jon as the king would provide the north with the king they want
