You guys are so stupid. They aren't going to waste scorpion ammo on people who can easily side step it, not to mention make themselves vulnerable to a dragon attack by aiming them at the ground.
Archers would have done nothing except waste ammo against shields.
If they tried to leave the city, again they would be making themselves vulnerable to dragon attack, not to mention the unsullied are massively better warriors than anyone in Kingslanding.
Plus, they are about to fight a fucking war, breaking rules of engagement would be extremely stupid for them to do.

Omg it's almost like it is easier to hit something that is unaware you are attacking it, rather than something actively avoiding your attacks. How fucking unrealistic.
