The show takes a ton of liberties with time passage, especially in the last 2 seasons
They had months, maybe over a year, to build them after the initial one was used
The biggest problem I had with the euron part was why tf did none of the people on dany’s side realize that Cersei would know they were going to dragonstone? It was the only logical thing for her to do and obviously Cersei would know this as well, but they were still completely caught off guard when they were attacked
Also why wouldn’t euron just kill all of them after he completely raped their entire fleet and there were only 12 people left that managed to make it to shore
