Little slow? Yeah sure. But the story is decent and I loved Bautista, he was great.

Over all I say worth the watch

Gods Crooked Lines (2022) - Pretty dope. Well acted, interesting subject matter, story takes some fascinating twists and turns. Some of the story might piss off some viewers tho it'd be hard to recommend it to someone and guarantee they'd like it.

A Prayer before Dawn (2017 HBO) - Such a brutal fucking movie. There's so many scenes that are uncomfortable as a viewer and so many choices that piss you off but it's so damn well done. Lack of subtitles might piss some people off but I personally didnt mind it.

The Visit - Predictable. Was another M Night letdown. Some of it was amusing.

Knock at the Cabin - Great movie. I really enjoyed it. Dave Bautista did an excellent job. One of the better M Night films.

Wakanda forever.

Not sure why so many people like this movie. Because the guy died in real life or?

Thought it was shit. I liked the blue people more and none of the characters were even remotely likeable.

2/10. Just another trash Marvel movie in my opinion.

John Wick 1&2: 6.5/10

I kinda put them on a tier with the Underworld franchise. I can't call them good movies, but I've been lured in far enough that I am going to watch the next one.

I watch with subtitles and mute the TV during the action sequences to get through them. But there are just enough moments of subversion that things feel fresh. Sometimes you think the scene is gearing up to a big action payoff, it gets resolved differently. Then in another moment where you think people are safe, it will kill someone suddenly in a way you didn't expect. I appreciate being surprised a little.

Who knows, maybe 3 and 4 will be better. But I won't see 4 in the theater because I don't have the power to mute it.

The Age of Adaline.

Such a wonderful story, including the great Harrison Ford.

God of Gamblers (1989) - This niche of chinese comedies is so much fucking fun. It's a mix of comedy and action and it's just a wild fuckin ride.

Fitzcarraldo (1982) - Spectacular. Just a monumental effort by all involved. I cant even imagine what making this movie was like. Outside of that it's a fascinating story with beautiful shots and great acting. I dont think it's for everyone but it's the kind of movie that really stuck with me.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022) - A real dumpster fire of a movie, even by capeshit standards.

The Menu.

Strange....but interesting to watch, I guess. It is as described a dark comedy.
