Near Dark (1987) - pretty boring/bad
Ghost in the Shell (1995) - rewatch, holds up really well. the animation is fucking insane.
Doctor Sleep (2019) - pretty cool movie even tho i havent seen the shining. seems like it stands on own tho even with the legacy of the other movie.
American Psycho (2000) - rewatch, christian bale is so sick as an actor he really nails this part. i still stand by my position that the first half is by far the most interesting and fun to watch.

I'm sorry D: I watched it and it's a fuckin masterpiece. The acting is insanely good. I wish I had watched it before Doctor Sleep - it was perfectly watchable without seeing The Shining but it would have been a different experience if I had seen it. Thanks for bullying me into watching it <3

Johnny Mnemonic (1995 - netflix) Total shitshow of a movie the dialogue is so so so bad and a lot of the action isnt great but it has some redeeming qualities. The concept is cool, the props/sets/etc have their moments, and it's not ALL bad (even if most of it is). Second time I've watched it and it's pretty bad but kinda fun to watch anyways.

Any Given Sunday (1999 - netflix) Idk if I just dont care enough about football or what but this movie was fucking boring. Al Pacino does okay along with the rest of the cast doing okay. There's way too many action blur shots that are annoying to watch after the 3rd time let alone the 5th+ time. Anyways I couldnt wait for it to end by the 2 hour mark and then it kept going -_-
