Gray man

Gosling and Evans,

Not bad for what it is

Was aight. At least one egregious plot hole. A ton of the action sequences are impossible to follow cuz theyre so chaotic. Overall it's not bad tho there's some pretty cool drone footage they used and overall the story/action/etc are fine.

Girl, Interrupted on Netflix

Damn fine movie. Pretty dark subject material but it's well done. Story is aight, dialogue is good, acting is good. Probably depends on your life experience as an audience member and that will determine what you think of the movie. If you cant relate at all it'll prolly be boring but if you can relate even a little it hits pretty hard.

The Platform. Liked it quite a bit. Was disgusting but not as gross as I had worried it might be. I think I'd rewatch it down the road if the opportunity arose.

The Stephfather

I enjoyed this film more than anticipated. Put it on with the wife to give her a blast from the past (Pen Badgley/Gossip Girl thirst quench) and little did I know Amber Heard plays his GF. That was awesome. The acting is solid, similar vibes to 'Disturbia' and same era. The music cues were great and worked well, but also my kind of music. The Stepfather is a different kind of psycho, and maintains its grip throughout. There's a scene at the end where The Stepfather drops a line to his wife, and my god it's hilarious.

Not scary, more of a thriller/suspense.
