They threw a way a few 2nd and 3rd tier characters to say they killed people off, but they pushed every single important character to the brink and they all lived. Like Jamie and Brienne are against a wall fighting off the undead for the entire episode and make it, fucking Sam is on the group and I presume his dumbass is still alive... they keep the hound alive for the clegane bowl I guess... Dany is surrounded by the undead and they fight off that whole fucking heard? Cmon now... and then Jon yells at the ice dragon and conveniently that's when Arya kills the night king.

Instead you get huge drawn out deaths for people like Beric and Jorah. Theon is a pretty big death but let's not pretend like he's all that important to the plot anymore.

Now they can go kill Cersei (or lock her up cause god knows they hate killing people off now), and sing kum ba yah.

Its the ending that was really bad. They didnt pull one of the prophecy talked in the show and arya sneaking on over a thousand wight/ww like what the fuck there.is no logic

Episode was beautiful. Probably the best episode in a visual sense.

Was my TV just too dark for it or something? Yeah the fire and stuff was cool but I felt like 9/10 I couldn't see shit lol

Just Arya somehow getting past a circle of white walkers without making a sound or alerting anyone and stabs him to death.

Yeah I try to ignore the fact that 90% of the show is in the dark and there are fast cuts so it's almost impossible to see what's going on.
