Do you actually need a sound card or do you think it's required for sound?

As for the keyboard go into some stores and try a few to see which mechanical switches you like.
Then buy any reputable brand with those switches.

I agree with most of ur recommendations , however i would personally recommend the following :
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/V6kqMc This is only incase you want to use AMD processor .

Gigabyte X570 GAMING X ATX AM4 Motherboard is about 170$ and is Tier C . For a lot less i would get the MSI Bazooka Plus B450m . IT is future proof even being a B450m(As well Tier C) , because it will support all of the upcoming AM4 socket processors and anyway the next genarations will use another socket ,for which you will need a brand new MB (the x570 wont do the job too) .

My Build has the best value:performance WiFi card in my opinion(WiFi 5) , amazing 2 x 23.8 Inch IPS 1ms 144hz Monitors(no point getting that pumped PC if u want to play on less than 144hz).

I assume you have suggested him to use the Wraith Prism stock cooler , which wouldnt be enough if this machine is going to be OCed (which presumably will happen because of the parts listed and MB selected). He will need some strong cooler and it is missing in the part list.

If you are into OCing , i would also try the silicon lottery buying a 3600 rather than 3600x if the price difference is 40+ $ . I do not see any reason for picking R7 3700x for gaming which would be an overkill for the RX570 anyway (check this out : https://pc-builds.com/calculator/Ryzen_7_3700X/GeForce_RTX_2070_SUPER/0Ud14o8A/16/ ) . R5 3600x does absolutely the same job and as we know even modern games do not use Multi Core (with a handful of exceptions).
R5 3600x is VR capable , 144fps Ultra capable and does excellent in streaming while playing .

The stock cooler is more then enough for cooling that cpu.
You downgraded cpu
Your mobo has no price listed
smaller ssd
then with monitors you ditched 144hz for 75

all for the same price.

why?

cuz he's a professional.

btw, 3600x is basically a higher binned 3600.
OP doesn't seem like he's gonna OC anyway, so he's better off with the x and get results right off the bat, using stock cooler it comes with.
without the X, u play the lottery, u buy an aftermarket cooler (+30), to hope to gain like x performance...
