The stock cooler is more then enough for cooling that cpu.
You downgraded cpu
Your mobo has no price listed
smaller ssd
then with monitors you ditched 144hz for 75

all for the same price.

why?

R5 + 2070 Super : https://pc-builds.com/calculator/Ryzen_5_3600X/GeForce_RTX_2070_SUPER/0Um14o8A/16/
R7 + 2070 Super : https://pc-builds.com/calculator/Ryzen_7_3700X/GeForce_RTX_2070_SUPER/0Ud14o8A/16/

MSI Optix G241 144hz IPS(best colors proven) 1ms for competative FPS Monitors at 24inch price range . I do not see the need of that high specs if he is going to play on 75hz monitor . I am sure we both know that even with 500fps it will be absolutely the same as with 75fps on a 75Hz Monitor and this is a 144fps capable build on most of the games listed .

I Downgraded it , because R5 is more than enough to fit his needs and R7 is an overkill for the 2070 Super - that's why i posted a comparison on the bottlenecks.

My Mobo is about 90$ and is Tier C as mentioned.
Wraith Cooler is enough if there wont be an OC .The suggested X570 by you , is a MB specifically for OC enthusiasts and in my opinion can be downgraded .
A comparison between the SSDs

Crucial P1 - Read : 1900 MB/s Write : 950 MB/s
Silicon Power A60 - Read : 2200 MB/s , Write : 1600 MB/s , 500GB would be like 35$ more anyway

The Price difference comes mostly from the Monitors ~ 140$, not to mention that the listed prices there are far from the cheapest on the market. You can find most of these parts 20-40% cheaper .

As for a keyboard i would recommend : Redragon vara/mitra k551 with or w/o RGB.
In my opinion there is no need of additional sound card , because the integrated one in the MB is amazing 7.1

Once again , i have no intention to argue - sharing my perspective and my own point of view . I am not the one to decide which parts he should put in and i absolutely respect your suggestions .

great points sir,

he should get 2 less cores, since in gaming aspect there's not much difference btwn the two
for a phantom blackmarket for 20-40% cheaper
and upgrade his monitors to 144hz monitors to play dota,ow, poe with.

can he find things cheaper for intel? you should pm him, i feel like he would benefit more if he can get it 20-40% cheaper

Yes the x570 its designed to handle better cpu's for future upgrades and overclocking along with better ram capabilities.
You mobo is not designed for any of that. and is also not included in the price thus allowing you to act as if your builds close to the same price.

No one would ever notice the difference in speeds ever.

I mean I can add 144hz monitors as well for the same (real) total as yours.

Nice one , but you have added 2 x Graphic Cards. This proves my point that this CPU is an OVERKILL . Good try btw :D Nowdays doing a SLI/Crossfire build would be insane though .

Thanks for posting the youtube link . It helped me a lot reading the comments there , i recommend you to check them too .

It can be clearly seen that the difference is about 2-5fps in SOME of the games played there.

About the MB - once again both MB are Tier C and are both designed for OC. Please share why the Bazooka Plus is not for OC . Both have good VRAM and both have the samefeatures . MSI has easy BIOS flash and also in my opinion is much more durable as brand even as a B450.If he is not really going to OC , then u can remove the cooler from my list and the price will drop by 30$ . He can also go for slower RAM which will reduce the price by 20-30$ again .

About the SSDs , please check this video why you shouldnt buy the Crucial 500gb : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smij5KhMhKU

Last , but not least - the PSU comparison . I do not think there is a point of a discussion here .

I am offeried a fully modular GOLD+ Certified Cooler Master MWE 650w , which is compared to a Bronze non-modular EVGA EVGA BR 500w . I do not think they can even be compared.

I do believe both of the builds are not future proof (maybe 1-2 more gens maximum) , so this shouldnt be mentioned . Both are AM4 socket , so yeah...

Its not about games its about the fact he's streaming and editing so thats when the additional cores come into play

As for mobo and its oc capability look at the number of its chokes, so how many power phases it has.

That ssd video for your argument, lol?

There isn't a psu discussion hence me not bring it up before.

There is no future proof cause the next real gen jump is a new socket.

My laptop is dying, one of the hard drives is already failing so its time i finally build a desktop rig.
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: not sure?

6 vs 12 phases i guess wouldnt matter for him .

Agree.

The Crucial P1 is an overrated bad SSD in my opinion . Might be fine for a regular user though , however overall i'd avoid it .

The R5 is absolutely fine with its 6C/12T for Streaming/Editing/Vr - My personal observations prove it , however my own opinion once again !

More phases = more stable voltage, it helps with both overclocking and downclocking.
Why not have more rather then less for the same price.

Your video pins the budget ssd against the markets best.... da fuq you think was going to happen.

Sure the r5 works but why not take a r7 which works better for the same amount.
