According to those screenshots, it doesn't appear a graphics card is even being detected by your system.

Could be from out dated video driver, one lacking WDDM 2.0.
Hence why he SHOULD of use speccy.

Any other things i can do to show the card working? I can still run games like d3 normal but when playing dead by daylight super laggy. I am not sure if its bc of their servers or my pc...

if for some reason you're against that specific app, get CPUID HWMonitor
both of these will give us the information needed.

so now go into safe mode with networking, install and run ddu
remove both nvida and amd drivers,
go back into windows and install this..
