All I need is new mother , CPU and Gfx card.

When you upgrade your CPU and motherboard, you will have to upgrade the RAM as well. The new motherboards all take DDR4 RAM.

I would recommend a 1050/ti over it to stay within budget, and to invest in faster RAM for the Ryzen 1600 (2400 is anemic) or even Zen+ because its gaming performance is much higher than first gen Zen due to much improved core latency.

On a budget the cpu is definitely the component to focus on for the best experience when it comes to getting the smoothest gameplay possible, since you can always reduce settings or resolution to squeeze more fps out of a gpu, but almost never from a cpu. Besides, the 1050 ti can most likely max out all the games listed at 1080p60.
