how much better are these items, than what I have atm.....I really only know about gfx cards. Trying to learn more. :D Should I just wait so my budget can go up??

Also, generally avoid intel at this budget. $220 for an actually worse cpu in every way compared to the $160 r5 2600 is hilarious.

but really the rig he linked will tear thru the games you listed np (you meant total war warhammer, right? It was unclear)
