AVG is good but it has some limitations just like the other free antivirus programs. I switched to ESET (paid version) and I'm very satisfied with its performance.

malware bytes

i traded in windows 10 defender for it, I was having weird laggy sht happen on windows 10 and its gone now that i uninstalled it
