gtx 480 clocked at 405 mhz = xbox 1/ps4 performance.

I thought X1 = 7790 PS4 =7870

I do not know how to respond to this....


a gtx 480 at 405 mhz = severely underclocked.

it gets 32-33 fps on high in watch dogs at 792 p (xbox 1 res)

point is, 4 year old gpu underclocked = console performance.

Why so crappy.
It's suppose to be next gen.

Probably by computational prowess, but it's lacking the raw power if I remember. This is the video he got it from.
