So my power goes out and now my PC won't turn on at all. The start and reset lights are on, but the power button doesn't turn anything on...

I swear I've had nothing but problems with this Asus R4E, thing only turns on when it wants to, tons of complaints in their forums too....

Installed a new battery, reset everything, currently have the case on my bed and I'm switching to my backup SeaSonic 750W PSU. If I can find the cables for it.

Hooked up to new PSU, up and running again, mostly... no fans on my 480 rad are running because this psu doesn't have enough slots, should be fine for just idling.
Have like 15 pounds of cables sitting around.
Used the original cables to hook up the smaller one in hopes to avoid any complications.
I don't think it's the PSU change that did it, I'm gonna switch back tomorrow and see.
From the forums this looks to be a popular problem which is odd because it didn't use to be.
Probably the newer batches using a different supplier for some components which is causing issues.
This is the third board I've had that has these problems.
Apparently this issue has been replicated by Asus personnel but they don't care because R5E is around the corner.
Either way this is pissing me off to no end.

Switched back to main PSU, all up and running.
Although it refused to start again after rebooting.
Turned off psu, drained board, booted back up.
This MB is a nightmare.
