It would make a difference. Not just Steam, but other things like Direct 2 Drive or whatever. Did EA's Download Manager get Crysis 2?

FUCKING SHIT GAME. Can't even run it. I click on the launcher, icon starts loading, Xfire detects me playing Crysis 2 for about 10 seconds before realizing the game never launched.
