They kind of fucked themselves by not doing Kickstarter. Not just because the extra exposure you get, but because their website went down on the first day. The most pivotal day in these things.

They said that before the site went down, they were on track for the best day in a crowd funded video game ever.

Following this graph, that means they would be trending well over the 1,000,000 mark just after the first day, but they are just barely getting there now.

yeah, another game i'd love to see, i've back on kickstarter, it's REALLY stalled. SHAKER is the game, but i don't know if it's gonna make it at all.
for what it's worth i had no idea about the space game until today, when i found out about it while browsing reddit.
I don't know why but i'm a sucker for these community funded games.

Well the publisher system is broken.

This way we get a game we like, thats not dumbed down to the lowest common denominator, is going to take some rational thought, and going to be built and optimized for PC, not held back by consoles.

I love kick starter so much, only done Wasteland II so far. Would have done Chivalry, Project Eternity, and Star Citizen but I'm too poor.

I will definitely get in on Star Citizen though when I get a little dosh in my pocket. I can't not back it, game is just too amazing.

good vision too, and as far as tech goes, cry3 is pretty clean looking.

I'm up to 6 projects now, wasteland2, shadowrun returns, project eternity, this space game, shaker, and a pair of no spill cups.

overall feel pretty ok about it.
