Just bought the humble indie bundle for $4.74. Want to play a bunch of those games.

Today Remedy Entertainment announced that their originally Xbox 360 exclusive title Alan Wake will head to PCs in "early 2012." The port has been a long running rumor, so today's news is the first official confirmation.

Is anything changing with this jump in platform? Remedy claims that Alan Wake "will have the high resolution polish that longtime fans will expect."

Additionally, the PC version of the game will include "The Signal" and "The Writer," the downloadable content packs from the Xbox 360 version.

On the recent news of Alan Wake's American Nightmare, it looks like early 2012 will be full of the titular writer's bad dreams.

Are you glad to see the game show up on a new platform? How'd you like it the first time around?
