I ignorantly joined one of those servers before they posted that lol...my server config was still set up from conquest for caspian border and when I clicked quick match it dropped me into a conquest metro game...whoops.

Does anyone ever have it so sometimes it glitches and you cannot use your scope?

yep, you gotta switch weapons or reload and you can use it again.
