Your statements fail freshmen level dimensional analysis.
As if that has anything to do with what the difference is between energy and power.
No matter what temperatures you achieve, no matter what temperatures I fail to achieve, and no matter how many mods you go crying too; your picture still shows you moving thermal energy into your computer.

installing a gnu/linux distribution is as hard then installing windows 7
if you're using a live cd, there should be a desktop icon you have to execute to install it and it's dummy proofed
unless you're trying to do it from command line for some reason...
