Wait so your processor is at 64F (18C), so your room temperature must at or below 64F. And you say your apartment is 10-15F hotter than the outside. So what its 54F (or less) in Pennsylvania today?

I'm serious that either your picture or your air conditioner is backwards. You claim the picture is correct, so that only leaves the air conditioner....
